Marianne Dahl Steensen

Marianne Dahl is, pr. October 1, 2021, Managing Director & Partner of Boston Consulting Group. From July 2019 to 2021, Marianne Dahl was Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Operations at Microsoft Western Europe. Prior to that, she was hired in 2015 as CEO of Microsoft Denmark & Iceland, where she was to lead the transformation of the company’s Danish subsidiary.

When Marianne Dahl started at Microsoft in 2015, she came from a career outside the IT industry – a career that centered on transformation and change management with senior positions at Codan Forsikring and TDC.

Marianne Dahl is a member of several boards and also acts as a mentor for entrepreneurs and start-up companies.

Marianne Dahl has a master’s degree in marketing from Aarhus School of Business, and she started her career as a Business Analyst at Accenture.
