Kristina Dahlin

Kristina Dahlin has taught MBAs and executives in management, negotiations, and technology strategy at top business schools in Europe (University of Oxford and HEC Paris) and North America (University of Toronto and Duke University). Kristina currently studies how organizations learn (or not) from failures in the freight rail and health care settings; how firms respond to new technologies; and suicide at work. Her work is published in top scientific journals and she has a forthcoming book with Oxford University Press on failure learning.
