Research based and strong real-lifecases
The program is led by renowned Diversity & Inclusion (D & I) faculty from Copenhagen Business School. Be inspired by speakers from both global academia and industry and get access to the latest research, business cases and tools for D & I.
The program is developed in collaboration with renowned Professor Sara Louise Muhr and Associate Professor Poornima Luthra from Copenhagen Business School and applying the most recent scientifically based state-of-the-art research. This is combined with expert practitioners who will present the latest real-life cases on D & I and their strategy for cultivating inclusive leadership.
The faculty of the program strives to create an atmosphere in which participants are able and willing to share their thoughts, ideas, and concerns openly and freely. Participants of this program will leave with a deep understanding of the concept of inclusive leadership along with tools for themselves to become truly inclusive leaders who are active allies.

Learning Design
The course provides an interactive learning experience and include thoughtful activities, self-reflection exercises, case studies, and in-training discussions.
The program is composed by modules with in-person attendance. We focus very much on the value of networking and exchange of experience among participants.
Participant profile
The program is designed for senior management, strategic decision makers, HR leaders, D & I leaders and board members who are eager to understand barriers for D & I and tools for a successful D & I leadership. Additionally, influential executives who are motivated to make a difference.
We welcome participants from both the private and public sector as well as NGO’s.
To make sure that the participants have the right profile for the course, all registrations are to be approved by the Admissions Committee.
