Morten Pax Ry

Morten Ry was appointed Director of Leadership at CBS Executive Fonden in 2026.

Morten has a background as an experienced commercial leader and spent 22 years as a Partner at Deloitte, where he held roles including COO for Denmark & the Nordics and Managing Partner of a consulting business with 450 employees.

He has an extensive executive network and broad experience working across the public sector, private companies, industry organisations, and non-profit organisations, as well as solid board experience.

Morten has had a lifelong connection to CBS. He holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration (cand.merc.int.) and has been affiliated with CBS as a lecturer and contributor to articles together with CBS colleagues.
