In the wake of the covid pandemic a new normal has arisen. Integration of virtual meeting applications, online workshop platforms etc., accelerated by the pandemic, has significantly increased the digital mediation of our communication – and more recent advancements within AI-technology will only add to the trend.   Although digital communication tools have been an integral part of our personal as well as work life for quite some time, leaders and organizations still struggle to find balances, reap benefits and overcome challenges.
