Celebrating International Women’s Day at CBS on March 8, 2018, the message could not be any clearer: Women regard managerial roles just as attractive as men do. However, despite a decade of debate addressing the issue of gender bias at the workplace, it is clear that there is still a long way to go for women to advance on a truly meritocratic basis.
To support women taking the next step in realising their professional ambitions, CBS Executive offers participation in the Leading Women programme. In a busy life, we invite participants to step away for a moment, shift their awareness and devote three days of enriching debates about career navigation, how to gain power and personal leadership. The design of the programme meets the needs and objectives of the individual participant through effective knowledge sharing among 20 like-minded women across organisational and cultural boundaries.
