Gender diversity

For the 10th time we look forward to welcoming 24 participants to the “Transformational Leadership Programme  Leading Women” in November 2020. Leading Women is a leadership programme that blends personal leadership development with enriching debates about gender stereotyping. The goal of the programme is twofold:

  1. First of all, the objective is to support major companies that have made gender diversity a strategic priority. As a part of their investment in building up a pipeline of talents, they offer employees participation at Leading Women
  2. Secondly, the aim is to power up and inspire women for greater success in current assignments and to equip them with tools in order to strengthen their leadership impact by addressing contemporary challenges that women face when transitioning to a higher management level
Participants leave from CBS Executive with a newly found power and confidence in their worklife. But don’t take our word for it:

I am sure any group could have use of the communication exercises but the fact that we did them in a women’s only group made it easier to let go of inhibitions.
