Susanne Stormer

She joined the Novo Group in 2000 to ingrain the principle-based approach to business known as the Triple Bottom Line concept as the lens for better-informed decision-making. Since then, she has led sustainability-driven initiatives, issues management and stakeholder engagement, with particular focus on ESG investors and the community of sustainability professionals. And as an early mover, she has been the driver behind the integration of the company’s financial and sustainability reporting. In total she was a Novo Nordisk employee for 13 years.

Furthermore she is sharing experiences and insights in additional roles as adjunct professor at the Copenhagen Business School, visiting professor at UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business, member of the SASB Standards Board and of the Board of Directors of the International Corporate Governance Network, ambassador of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), member of the Board of Access to Nutrition Foundation, and member of the Board of Akademiet for Social Innovation.
