Thomaz Teodorovicz is a specialist in strategic management and human development. He currently holds the CBS Executive Fonden Chair in Leadership at the Copenhagen Business School, where he also works as an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Innovation.

Thomaz is an expert in how organizations and their leaders can combine their pursuit for superior economic performance while providing solutions to pressing societal challenges. His research has been published in prestigious academic journals and cited in the general and specialized press, such as the New York Times, Fortune, Inc., Business Insider, Vox, MarketWatch, and Harvard Business Review online. Thomaz has also won multiple recognitions for his research, teaching, and service contributions to the Strategic Management academic community

Previously, Thomaz was a researcher at the Harvard Business School, a visiting Professor at INSEAD, and an Academic Fellow at the SDA Bocconi School of Management. He earned a Ph.D. in Business Economics from the Insper Institute of Education and Research, with a research stay at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.  He has also consulted for multilateral organizations (e.g., the International Finance Corporation and the Inter-American Development Bank) and state agencies in Brazil.
