Henriette Divert-Hendricks

Henriette Divert is an advisor for boards and executive management, focusing on aligning management systems and ensuring clear strategy execution. Henriette was previously a strategic advisor at LEGO, the National Bank of Denmark, and UN Live. Before that, she spent 17 years as a partner and head of Leadership Development at Implement Consulting Group. Henriette is on the board of FST Growth, previously served on the board of Implement Consulting Group, and was the chairman of Management Consultants under the Confederation of Danish Industry. Henriette holds a Master’s degree from the University of Southern Denmark and University of Minnesota, an HD from CBS, and has board education from Harvard Business School and IMD.
